Quality Control Analyst - Airline

Department: Quality Control
Location: Dallas, TX

We operate over 150 dedicated cargo aircraft, including the Saab 340B, Embraer 120, Fairchild SA227, Beechcraft 1900, and Beechcraft 99 from bases across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the fleet reliability performance
  • Monitor components per fleet type for premature removals
  • Generate fleet type reliability reports
  • Perform audits
  • Perform various types of data entry
  • Provide data analysis to Fleet Managers and Technical working groups
  • Present CASS data and reports
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Occasional travel required

Qualification Requirements:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Aircraft Maintenance or Quality/CASS/Reliability experience preferred. (Experience in following fleet types: BE-99, BE-1900, SA227, EMB120 and Saab 340)
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Strong verbal & written skills
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office, (Excel/Access/PowerPoint)

Certificates & Licenses

  • Preferred individual hold mechanic's certificate w/ airframe & power plant ratings.
  • Associate Degree or greater or combination of training, certifications & experience.
  • Must be able to occasionally life or move up to 50lbs.
